Job Summary
The Medical Scribe provides all clerical and information technology functions for providers in the clinical setting. This includes documentation of provider dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social and past medical history, as well as documents procedures, laboratory testing and results, dictated radiographic impressions, and other information pertaining to the patient’s visit. Anticipates provider needs to facilitate clinic flow. The primary role of the Medical Scribe is to increase efficiency of providers and improve overall patient experience.Pay Range
Minimum $16.88 Midpoint $22.37 Maximum $27.86Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
This position is Part Time, non-benefitted.

• Required: Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective listening skills. Possesses strong communication skills in coordinating work efforts; thorough record keeping skills; positive customer service focus; strong team and interpersonal skills; discreet, tactful, and respectful of providers and patients/parents.
• Preferred: Minimum 60 WPM typing speed.
