A Brief Overview
Participates in activities with Clinical Research Team in support of one or more clinical research studies and to gain a better understanding of protocols, issues and project developments.

What you will do

  • Assist in the recruitment and consent of parents and children
  • Responsible for data collection through study participant interviews & screenings
  • Analyzes data through the use of memos, coding and qualitative analytic software
  • Assist in preparation of materials to submit for IRB approval
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and professional research papers
  • Renders age appropriate care & services based on the patient and/or their developmental needs

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 1 prior internship or paid experience on clinical research Required

Skills and Abilities

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in an organized fashion, work well with others
  • Good attention to detail
  • General knowledge and understanding of good clinical practice (GCP)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications desirable
  • Demonstrates the knowledge & ability to render age appropriate care & services based on the patient and/or their developmental needs
