RMA is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant for the Lafayette, CO office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with clinical procedures
  • Accurately document ultrasound report in stim sheet
  • Identify specimen for insemination
  • Maintain sterile technique
  • Perform routine patient assessment
  • Clean exam rooms promptly
  • Maintain clinical supplies inventory
  • Manage lanfax for outside labs, reports, results, prescriptions refills
  • Enter all labs and outside reports
  • Comfort patients by anticipating patient’s anxieties; answering patient’s questions
  • Assure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards
  • Maintain an excellent rapport and working relationship with multidisciplinary teams within the Practice

Requirements:

  • Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program required; State certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a Medical Assistant - Preferred 
  • Women’s Healthcare background preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • EMR experience preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills- Required. 
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
